Private Pilot License (PPL)Duration: (Two - Three Months)
No matter what your ultimate goal in aviation is - be it recreational flying or a more advanced training program – this is the first step in your aviation career. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be entitled to a Private Pilot’s License. A private pilot may carry passengers but may not be paid for doing so, although the pilot can share operating expenses with the passengers. - Ground Training (72 hours) - Flight Training (40 hours) |
Commercial Pilot License
Duration: (Four - Five Months)
You will learn to perfect the skills learned as a Private Pilot. Become proficient in determining load and balance information, performing precision takeoffs and landings, operating complex aircraft, applying advanced navigation and weather theory. We offer Commercial Pilot training and the additional aircraft rating for Commercial Pilot Multi Engine. - Ground Training: 158 hours - Flying Training: 150 hours (minimum) Privileges: Carry persons or property for compensation or hire. With this certificate you will be eligible for most aviation career placements. |
Instrument Rating (IR)
Duration: Three weeks
With an Instrument Rating, you can fly on days when everyone else is on the ground hoping the weather will improve. Build on the flight and navigation skills learned as a Private Pilot: FAA regulations governing IFR conditions, IFR navigation, weather theory, control and maneuvering the aircraft by reference to the instruments, and cross-country flight under simulated or actual IFR conditions. Privileges: A student who has earned his Instrument Rating may carry passengers (not for hire) in any airplane, which he is rated, day or night, in instrument meteorological conditions. |
Multi-Engine Rating
Take another step toward your pilot career with the multi engine aircraft rating or just build on your existing skills in a more advanced aircraft. The Multi Engine rating is taught with or without instrument privileges. Multi engine aircraft operations, advanced weight and balance computations and multi-engine practical test standards are reviewed.
Privileges: Allows the pilot to fly multi engine aircraft. |
